Wellbeing

At our school, student wellbeing and learning go hand in hand. We want every student to feel safe, included and ready to learn. Whether your child needs help with their mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing, we are here to help them thrive at school and in daily life. Teachers build positive relationships with students and provide learning opportunities that strengthen their positive wellbeing, using the ‘You Can Do It’ Program. The core purpose of this program is to develop young people’s social and emotional capabilities using the 5 keys to success:

·        confidence (academic and social)

·        persistence

·        organisation

·        getting along

·        emotional intelligence.

Our School RAP helps students to remember our positive expectations:

R - Respect Everyone

A - Always Learn

P - Play Safely
